Thunder with Bob Batch

Thunder with Bob Batch

"Haven't seen Bob Batch? SMATTER CHEW?" --San Francisco Examiner

After 10,000+ shows, Bob Batch didn't have to change one word in his successful nightclub act to perform for the corporate world. He is cute, clean, clever and hilarious in any setting.

"Bob Batch is a little reminiscent of Tim Conway, hurling streams of slightly bent jokes from behind an innocent face, then breaking into a contagious giggle. When working at a full gallop he looks like a Methodist minister's son turned loose on boys night out." --Louisville Courier Journal

While working on his communications degree, at the University of Louisville, he had to read a newscast and be critiqued by his classmates. The entire class broke out laughing and the professor told him that he was a brilliant comedian. "I was trying to read straight news," says Batch.

Soon Bob was entertaining students at colleges from Harvard & MIT to UCLA and Stanford, as well as major comedy clubs across America and casino's in Atlantic City, Tahoe & The Bahamas.

"Bob Batch is enthusiastic, wild and funny." --Denver Post

Michael Buble, Ray Charles, Blood Sweat & Tears, Chicago, Stanley Jordan, The Oak Ridge Boys, REO Speedwagon and Ann Murray are among the diverse musical acts that have chosen Bob to share the concert stage with them.

Bob has appeared on NBC's The Today Show, ABC's Good Morning America, Showtime's Comedy Club Network, A&E's Comedy on the Road and America's Funniest People.

"A loony Kentucky comic had them rolling in the aisles." --Boston Globe

He's performed for the governors of all 50 United States and kept busy since cracking up State Legislatures, NBA Teams, National Conventions, Professional Associations, Trade Unions and every imaginable group of people that can be sat together.

Bob's corporate show list reads like the Stock Market Report: GE... IBM... 3M... Coca Cola... Ford...Pfizer... Merck... Pepsi... Alcoa... Dupont... Toyota... Kroger... Bank One... and thousands more...

"Three days later we are still talking about some of your lines. I told some of my coworkers this morning what they missed. I knew it would be fun. But I had no idea you would be so good! You are a master of your craft.

At one point, I couldn't even catch my breath, as I was laughing so hard. My throat got sore and my eyes were watering. Shopping with your wife, the University initials and those crazy sound-it-out words were all excellent." --Scott La Duke - Manager Hilliard Lyons/PNC Bank
